Israel's President Moshe Katsav will be indicted on rape charges, the Israeli Justice Ministry said Tuesday.---Presumably, the accuser was in fact, not a victim at all, but a raving anti-Semite (TM) trying to 'promulgate age-old conspiracy theories about the Jews.' No doubt the ADL, AIPAC, and the Jewish-dominated, pro-Israel American media will assault her a second time. :(
